Who can apply?
At Teachers College, Columbia University, we have an established record of effectively “training the trainer. We welcome all SRH professionals from any organization or geographic region to apply. Applicants do not need to be certified as a health teacher but must be teaching heath education topics in the academic calendar year of your application.

Where is the training held?
The upcoming 2024 training will be an online training. Previously, the training was previously held both online and in person on the Teachers College, Columbia University campus.
How much does the training cost?
Thanks to the generous support of the Edlow Family Foundation, our professional development program is fully funded and FREE for those who are accepted.
Can teachers earn professional development credits for completing the training?
Yes. Participants who have completed the training will receive Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE), CHES and CEU credits and a Certificate of Completion from Teachers College that may be recognized for other professional development credit hours. Please contact us if you have suggestions for other forms of accreditation or any questions regarding your credit hour recognition.
